This number is calling me saying that  they are a litigation company and that I have wrote bad checks and need to talk to my human resource company they also have my ssn number

they are spammers they are liars they are fakes

They have left message after message saying I owe them from a bad check fraud scheme. Funny thing is that the man who leaves the message states he had ran a public record check on my soc. number and it is clean, and he even said that it was strange that I had a clean record. However he left a threatening message stating that they will let my employer know I am a fraud...Walter Brisco is his name to which I have filed a complaint and willing to proceed with suing for harassment.  

Keep getting calls from this number.  Saying I'm in a bunch of trouble. He even gave me some made up case #.  He goes by the name Mike Gold.

I received  a phone saying they were looking for my son in regards to bad checks. they said they could cost him his job of he did not respond in an hour. he doesn't even have a checking  account .
