I've received several calls from this number claiming they are from ConEd looking to discount my utility bill. They ask me to locate my billing information, but being suspicious of a scam, I hang up before I get to speak to anyone.

Called this morning.  Caller ID showed only New York.  Guess the energy scammers are starting up again.  I'm so sick of them.
