and said he wanted to give a $5000.00 government grant
and it didn't have to be paid back. He knew the phone # and address
my wife answered and gave her date of birth. I told her to not give him anymore info. If it was the government, they have all the information they need. she tried to give me the phone and I refused to talked to him and said it's a scam, get off the phone or I'll unplug it. I hope her birth date wasn't enough to help him! Same accent.

Just got a call from a man with a thick middle eastern accent trying to tell me that I was selected for a 5k grant from the government that i would never ever have to pay back.  I call BS!  Buddy I work for the governement and I always have to pay!  I tried to call the # back and it says it is not in service.  411.com has it out of NY but with no name associated with it.

We'll I have signed up for government grants but this was just to easy and there have been many different numbers but yesterday I got a call from the 253# Ronnie Wilson told me I qualified for 7k and if I had a bank account I said no not anymore(didn't matter anyway when I set it up it was empty) he's like well let me talk to my manager to see wat we can do.
No lie not even 1min n he was like well can you go to western union. Then get in touch with Peter williams at 2127773421 I'm like no kiss my @$$ I'm tired of y'all leave me the hell alone they just don't understand.
 I told him I was gonna call theBBB he acted like it was no problem {I believe that they no its like a maze tryn to find them I can't wait for the day they get caught}
