I have recieved numerous calls from this number, when I answer it hangs up. This needs to stop. If someone takes the time to call and I take the time to answer, I want to know what they want!!

they claim to be with the light company and asking about bogus debts.

I don't know who they are, but they call almost daily and never speak when I answer.  File a complaint with www.donotcall.gov if you are on the National Do Not Call list.
