Sounds to me like a debt collector asking for money payment. Do not accept any calls from these people, if you do not know them personally! This sounds like a scam. These people don't have anything better to do but sit around and play with their phones in their office. Put a call block on these people!

Called my landline moments ago. Didn't answer, know no one in NYC, no voicemail. A likely scammer!

received a call from this number,  relay clicked to a woman who said she was calling about my computer - I pressed ######## over and over (which used to mess up automated calls)  and she hung up.  MicroSoft does NOT call about computers,  what these people do is load a virus on the computers and expect us to pay $400+ in order for them to remove it,  thank goodness I have the cable company tech support to report these to (and remove any harm to my computers).
