I received a call from this number threatening they will come to my house and take my stuff. I do have a debt but I dont know weather to believe them or not. Please help! How do I find out if they are scammer??

I called   my local police station    and they made a report   and   they stated  it is  some one  over seas   trying to prey  on people  around the holidays    I also   owe   some  money on stuff   but there  are ways  to obtain legal  ways  of  collecting debt   which  these people are   not   doing

impersonated     a police  offercier    and said   that he was comimg to my home  and clearing everything out and taking us to jail   he  knew about my past    but said I was incarcerated    and also   knew about my fiences   background

A bunch of scams if you get a call from this number do NOT WORRY. Scams trying to get money.

These people are threatening to come to my work, home, put a lien on my house for something  don't owe...I called the original company that they supposedly have a summons for....they said I don't owe anything....what out for jerks like these people.
Caller: Internationa Financial Group
Call Type: Debt Collector.   I can't believe they are still in business
