It's the trunk line for the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC. You can't call it directly, like any other corporate telecom system. Contact them at their main number (easily found on their website) and ask them to direct you to the original caller.

Just got a call form this number. Caller ID showed up as the name Eugenie Johnson. Did not answer. Don't know who this person is.
