This is scam asking for banking info so they can wire you a "Loyal Citizen Grant".  My grant was supposedly for $9000 but this scamming group has used other numbers and the value of the "grant" varies.  Number rings back to a voicemail system but without a valid box number you can't leave a message.  The woman who called me did not speak English as her first language so she was really hard to understand.

Got the same call today. Same woman, $9000, for car, home repair, or educational use. Need bank or credit card info. gave address as 200 Southwest Ave. Washington, D.C. 202-432-1056. Federal Reserve Bank of New York
