When i called the number back it simply has a recorded voice that states "SOMEONE AT THE ANSWERING SERVICE IS TRYING TO REACH YOU"  IF YOU PRESS THE * KEY IT GIVES YOU THE OPTION TO ENTER YOUR PASSWORD FOR THAT MAILBOX AND HEAR THE MESSAGES.  HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHO THIS MAILBOX BELONGS TO. AS IT CALLS ME FREQUENTLY.

I called my landlord to report lack of heat and told the person at the answering service at 212-408-1600 that I had no heat, they do not have my address in their database, minutes later I received a phone call from 212-606-4000 allegedly verifying my address and I assumed I was then in the landlord's database. So I got curious and when I called 212-606-4000 back I got prompts to enter a password, when I Yahoo'd 212-606-4000 I got the white pages that listed Windstream Communications landline from New York, NY so I guess it wasn't my landlord.
