It's a major scam system. It's ok to pick up but do not accept anything they offer.

This number called and did not speak. I picked up on the second ring. Then I called it back and it was busy.

I as you did picked up on second ring no one was there. I called-the number back and it was busy. I am sure it is a computer generated call. Maybe I will get it on the first ring and someone will be there and I will find out who they are.
