they call constantly, yet do not answer when I say hello.

I keep getting phone calls from this number.  The caller ID states, Tate & Kirlin.  When they call they do not leave a message because it is always a recording when I answer the phone.  Sometimes they call three or four times at one time, and even have been calling on Saturdays and Sundays.  I have been on the Do Not Call List also, but these phone calls keep on coming.

It's a collection agency.  When I answered it, I got the same no response, but after I called 5 or 6 times, I got connected to Tate Law Offices.....  they were looking for the last person to have my number, apparently....

Keep getting calls from 212-554-6482, recording asks for someone who does not and never has lived here.
When I accept the call so I can explain this to them, system tries to connect me with a real person,
but, that never works either, line goes dead..Very tired of the BS. I have recently reported this to the
Attorney Generals office here in WV.
