This number did not leave a message.  Attempted to call back, and got a male voice stating "The number you are trying to reach can not be dialed - Sorry for any inconvenience.  Goodbye."

The recording does not sound to be an error message from the phone company, but rather a recording being played at the other end of the number.

THIS  CALL  IS  FROM   CNH CAPITAL.  COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT.

This is not just Collections.  It is CNH Capital in general.  They're apparently using VOIP now, and this shows up as the Caller ID number for all outgoing calls.

Their general customer service number is 800-501-5711 if you need to call them back about something.

This is a legitimate call from a lending company that New Holland is using.
