Sam Bivans called from PECO saying he wanted to talk about our rate changes. He insisted we were under contract with his company. He is a broker for 'even load'.. hung up once i told him we were under a 3 year contract with another company. what an idiot

Called and left a message he was from PECO about rate changes. I checked this site out and saw it was a scam so I didn't call back.
