Gabriel of National Holdings (NY #) called for our company's CEO.  Will not disclose the nature of his call but the background noise I picked up on sounds like a call center.  I pressed our "Eternal Hold" feature...

Telemarketer don't answer

Received a voice message from "Gabriel" at "National" with just a message to call back. With a little effort, I found your site.

This is from National Securities.

Unless you like unsolicited calls from brokers, do not return this call.

Sept 23, 2011 -- Got a voicemail from Gabriel at National today.  I could hear his call center buddies in the background.  I do not return calls from people I don't know, companies I don't know and/or without any specific reference to why they are calling.  It allows me to ignore about 20% of the calls I get -- and never have I regretted doing so.

Gabriel at National...leaving a 3rd message that I need to call him.  Amusing that he leaves no hint as to the topic.  Agree that it is unwise to call back folks who can't leave a topic in their v-mail.
