I have caller-id and it shown "NONE". I did not know anybody in the 212 area code and I'm on the DO NOT CALL List. I do not pick up the phone if I do not recognize the phone number.

Area code 212 is New York City. I dialed back and spoke to a polite customer service lady. I asked her what company I had dialed, and she said that I had dialed a call center which represented a "large number of companies." So can't tell who really called, but I suspect it is some mail order company that I have bought from in the past; if so, then the DO NOT CALL rule doesn't apply.

NewEgg vendor "Pricebreak" called me from this number.
After exchanging emails with them it seems like this company also operates as "ISave" vendor for WalMart.
