Do not pick up the call

After several seconds of obvious call centre background noise, this guy said he could help me with refinancing my car. I think the business name he rattled off was something like 'Canadian Refinancing Centre". I asked him why he was calling from New York. He didn't even seem to hear me, just repeated that he could help me refinance my car. I told him I didn't need that, said goodbye and hung up, which was more politeness than he deserved.

The guy was trying to get me a good refinancing for my car. Asked him how he got my phone number and he couldn't answer. Then hung up.
Lots of background noise like it was a pub

I just missed a call from this number - seems odd coming from New York.

Received a call no one there could hear some background noise called the number and the business is closed...
