Second day called my personal cell phone but no message left

This number kept calling me several times during the morning, afternoon, night, midnight. Everytime i pick up and say Hello, i dont get any reply whatsoever and then either one of ushang up. So damn annoying that i wanted to call 911 and report the lifeless dumbass owner of this number. I googled it this number, all i got is a land line by verizon in NY. I called both Verizon and they said the only way to get rid of this is by downloading a block caller application on your phone.

I received a call at 7:10 p.m. I said hello several times and there was no response. This is so annoying and I won't have anymore problems from this. I have marked this number and there will be no more phone calls answered with this number.
