Scam -- purporting to be from my credit card company offering to lower my rates. The problem is, my credit card company does not have my cell phone number.

I believe this is a scam

Just got a call and did not answer.  If they want me to talk to them, they would leave a VM.
Called back, after ready this, to see what they would say and phone was busy.
