The number 1-212-221-1221  call me march 24 2010. I answered just heard clicking sounds.I hung up and called it back but it said it was a non-working number.

Just had a call from New York, 212-221-1221.  I didn't bother to answer it, then checked voice mail and found they left a message.  It was a recording for someone running for office, so that number must be an autodialer and when something answers, it plays a message, like it did to my voice mail.
