This jerk has called several times and has gotten rude, called me a [***] when I told him my boss doesn't take calls from solicitors. He was yelling and calling me names when I handed the phone to my boss. As soon as he heard my boss's voice he hung up.

What can we do to stop this company from doing this? Is there any legal action?
