Actually this was the "call back" number. The initial call was from 303.578.5936 where an obvious recording left me a voice message stating that my ??? (package? This part of the VM was not very clear) was undeliverable and left further instructions to return this call at 212.204.8582 to reschedule the delivery date and time. I never returned either call knowing full well this is some type of scam. And so, after looking up the 212 area code and number I see multiple scam reports for this...IRS, bad debt, etc. I blocked the original number (303-Colorado area code) but they shifted gears and are now calling me from 303.569.7914, same message-undeliverable package with a new "call back" number of 951.356.1227. Really????? How stupid do they think we are? I (and I'm sure thousands of others) can't wait for the day we can start rounding up these lazy, make a living off of others, trashy people are caught and prosecuted for their slimy, filthy, under-handed, cunning practice of attempting to STEAL and waste the time of others who are actually good honest people trying to hammer out a living paycheck to paycheck. I hope they are reading this right now. THEY WILL BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE, TRY TO HIDE WHEN THIS OCCURS! There are too many of us out here intercepting and recording those calls, voice messages and telephone numbers. You people are the scum of the earth, the hijackers, the rapists, the thieves, the liars, the pedophiles, and all of you others I forgot to mention...you know who you are and you will all PAY for your crimes AND sent back to your homeland where you belong AFTER PAYING UP AND SERVING PRISON TIME HERE!

I received the same call today. caller ID shows 9548585744 but the call back number was 2122048582 with the same recorded message  of the package being undeliverable and to call back to reschedule. I figured it was a scam as no names were given but wanted to see if others have received the same message.

Has called from these numbers 585-353-1221 /586-382-9369 and left messages to call the 212-204-8582 along with this number 9166209864

Received a call from (843) 405-1124, a male voiced recording stared that I had a package that was undeliverable and to call back to reschedule delivery.  Call back number was listed as (212) 204-8582.  Seems they call from a local number and scam you into calling their main call center.  I haven't called back, and won't, but I'll be reporting their numbers to the FCC.

It appears this is quiet the scamming network. Once I blocked the original VM caller instructing me to call 212.204.8582, they simply change phone numbers and start their next scamming call from another Colorado number (303.757.5180) leaving the same VM with even yet a different call back number at 718.725.7110. I've blocked both original Colorado VM callers, it will definitely be interesting to see just how many phone numbers they have. I intend to keep blocking and continue reporting. Someone has to catch up to these clever crooks, it's time to make them uncomfortable and run them off from my contact/phone number for good. I'll let you all know what "pops up" next.
