Please do NOT let these people have any access to your computer information.  My husband and I own our own IT company . These idiots have called us number pus times. They try to convince us that there is a issue. My hubby listens to them just for the sheer enjoyment of knowing they are full of sh*t, then when they think they have hooked him he lets them know that we have worked for both the DEA and the FBI. Total scam artist looking for personal info such as account numbers and etc.
