Its a scam. It shows up in several places on this board. Apparently there are several groups using the same scam and they all use different phone numbers.
If you fall for it they will walk you throught the steps to let them into your computer. They will then run something that says "errors" and "delete" and other scarry words but really normal, not evidence of a problem. Next the scammer will talk you into paying him to remove the fake errors. After you give him your credit card or bank account number he will install malware.
My neighbor fell for it. I found out about a month later and told her it was a scam. She took her tower to a local computer repair place. They discovered that the scammers had turned off her anti-virus software. They never did find anything else the scammers did. But, better safe than sorry, she replaced her tower. And she changed all of her bank account numbers.
