Card Services - Credit Card Scam

I pressed "9" to see who they were.  Got "Anthony" who had the normal spiel.  I said I carried no credit card balance from month-to-month and he said "liar".  I asked him to repeat that - he said "you're a [***]" and hung up!  Wow - what a class operation; just the sort we'd all love to do business with!

The government ought to do something to prevednt these types from our being easily able to identify them.  How do they get caller IDs which are obviously fictitious (exchange 000)?

same deal; pressed 9.... asked to be removed  the moron hung up on me  it is just another piece of proof that our government is so broken they cant do anything right.  and now the dirt bags want to control health care.  PLEASE

send the sand people back for round 2 and perhaps more people will wake the f up before America is gone

I pressed "9" to see who they were. I got "Rachel" who had the normal spiel. I asked which of my credit cards they represented and she said the offer referred to any Mastercard or Visa... to which I responded I am listed with the do not call registry and since I am not currently one of their customers, they violated the law by soliciting my number, and to please remove my number from their list immediately.  She hung up on me.

No idea what this call was. The bizarre number made me assume it was a sales call, so I let it go to the answerphone and they hung up before the beep.
