"Rachel from Credit Card Services" robo-calling isn't just annoying anymore. It's illegal. I'll continue to file complaints with the FCC until somebody does something.
Write your congressman, and make services that falsify Caller ID numbers illegal. Maggots like tele-marketers use these services, for which there is no legitmate purpose.
