My mortgage company, Nationstar. They bought my mortgage and they call and send letters by FedEx constantly. They offer lower interest with no upfront costs until I talk to them then they list all the upfront costs. I'm sick of hearing from them but it never ends.

They call and call even when blocked for months. (Still shows up on my caller ID) Then they started using this number as the new second number to call from today.  Awful company that does not take a strong hint, outright request, or even bother checking who they are spam calling. My current interest rate is already lower than they can offer.

Nationstar continues to call and even sent a letter by UPS for me to refinance my property. I have told them I am not interested. Two days ago I told the mortgage person I was not interested simply because what they was offering was not in my best interest. What they offered was more than what my mortgage payment is currently.

It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.
