Caller by the name of Melissa Harvery with Litigation Serviceas called from 210 960-9010 stating they were calling from "Litigation Inc." telling me that I owe money from a pay day loan that was never paid back and must be paid or felony charges will be filed due to non-payment. I then followed up with my bank and to verify if monies were deposited into my account and it was no such deposit. Besides, I knew I never did busy with a "pay day loan" but I wanted to verify as the caller had all of my pertinent information. This is a SCAM!! Please be aware abd report the call immediately!!

I JUST received a call from this number as well, she sounded muffled yet claimed that she was calling in reference of a check fraud, and that I should contact their office at 210-960-9010..my caller ID showed 210-960-9029..I was reading every one elses post about payday loans, I have never received one as well..who can I report this company to besides the BBB??

They called me I didn't answer but after doing a Google search found they were from San Antonio. my husband was in San Antonio not long ago so i called them back to see if it was something to do with my husband. I was asked if i ever had a pay day loan.  I  have never I'm my life gotten one so I answered no. The least told me they are putting a warrant out for me.  Wtf! I called my  lawyer, he suggested i call the police and the FBI .since we are military and this was a threat.

This is definitely a scam. They buy information about you online and scare you with threats of prosecution and arrest (which they can't do, anyway!!!) They will then offer you an amazing deal - telling you you owe, let's say, $1000 but they'll settle for $300. I would suggest not even returning the call - once they know they have a viable number, they usually don't stop calling.

I got got a call today from a Kevin Brooks telling me that I owed money for a payday loan and they were going to put me in jail for a felony for a bad check and this is a scam lol and everyone have a good day today I called my attorney and told him this and he just laughed
