Yes it is Adams county prison as I believe someone may be bored and just calling random numbers.

It's the Adams County Colorado Jail. Considering the call is being to an inmate's account at the rate of $3/minute they aren't bored. It may have been a mis-dial or someone you know is unfortunately there & trying to get a hold of you.
