I was called and he said he was Officer Paul Jones with the Federal Crimes Investigation Department and that he was investigating me for a crime and wanted some personal bank information , he already had my SS# and some other info , he threatened me with prison time unless I gave him my financial info. I called the FBI and reported him and now they are investigating them , it is a scam is what the FBI told me.

He Told me the exact same thing.  I am scared and FBI told me it was a scam.  I am in the process of freezing my accounts.  He had all my info and told me I took out a loan for 250 on line and was setteling for 450.  They call me from 210 but they say they are located in new jersey.  They threatned me with court time.  They couldn't even give me there address

I have been getting them from various numbers across the country for a couple of months. I told them I knew it was a scam, and that I would report them to the police. He tells me, 'Enjoy getting arrested,' then hangs up. I tell them a different story every time.
