I received this call at 10:10 am. It rang three times then hung up. No voice mail was left.

Rang three times.   Tried calling back several times but only busy signal.  Mystery solved now that I've read the other entries.

>>Hi I am a "jerk" calling for you auto insurance. Do you have a minute?

Me: No, I am in passport office talking with the clerk, can you please call me later?

>> I want to ask you few questions.

Me: I don't have time now, please call me later.

>> Hi, I want to ask you few questions about your auto insurance, it doesn't take much time

Me: This is not good time.

Then I hang up!!

Just took this call because I am from San Antonio and this is san antonio number.

Hi, this is Sam, do you have a few minutes to discuss your auto insurance.
NO, CLICK.

Call from someone with the "auto insurance Institute".  Told her that this was a cell phone on the do not call list and I would contact the FCC and sue them if they ever called again.  They said my number would be removed.
