I have been having calls from 210-892-1799, as much as 10 a day claiming I owe money and will be sued in court unless I am willing to settle out of court and pay them the fee they are requesting. At one point the caller told me they had a deal and reduced the out of court settlement amount from $1000 to $500 and then $300 when I used several explitives to describe what they could go do with their offer and with their harrassment in general. These people got all my personal information from a website that claims to promote pay day loans all the while saying the website is secure. The website I am speaking of is called MoneyMutual.com and is endorsed by Montel Williams. Beware, their site is not secure and while I never took any loans or followed through with any offers, I am constantly threatened and stalked by the person or persons that stole my information and are on a mission to steal my identity.

I have also received phone calls from 210-892-1799 to my WORK AND HOME (my cell phone) and the callers, at least one male and one female, both with what sound like Indian (Hindu) accents (heavy) state that a law suit had been filed against me and that if they did not hear from either me or my attorney, that "all she could do was wish me a very good luck." She identified herself as Lisa Hall and said the phone# the "hotline to her division."  One of them said, at one point, that they would visit me at my home and/or work. And the end of one of the messages they left, they told me to, "take care."  It was very obviously this person was reading from a script and was doing a very bad at it!!  I am familiar with the Fair debt collection practices act and this message was definitely NOT legit because it violates the FDCPA in several ways.

Regarding 210-892-1799 and the harassing "collection" calls threatening that I have been sued--they number, when I call back, does not answer. This number is definitely from San Antonio, TX. Like one of the other people who wrote in to report this #, I gave my personal information while attempting to get a payday loan through Money Mutual, which apparently is a big gimmick.
