Called, I answered, no noise from the other end. Not even any background noise - nothing. I highly recommend not answering or calling back, may be fishing for active phone numbers now.

210-892-1790, called 12-22-15 at 13:23.  robo call stating "you won a free bahama cruise".  this is really annoying and unnecessary.  what a waste of my time.  this is an invasion of my privacy and they should be arrested and rot in jail.  better yet, give me their personal number and let me constantly call them and see how they like the harassment.

answered before 2 ring, no one there

Recorded voice prompt asked me for confirmation, didn't understand what.  Didn't answer.  Voice said ok then.  Proceeded to ask me several questions which I did not answer.  Wanted to confirm I had a credit card as disney vacations and others require you have a credit card.  Asked me to confirm I'm over 28.  Again, didn't answer any questions only silence.  Finally they hung up due to difficulty in understanding my response.

"BLAH name from 'Customer Service Desk' can you hear me okay?" I hung up after that. Two back to back phone calls. Will be blocking.
