I just got it too, no message.  

I got the call right now and it was a man that asked for another person. When I said he had the wrong # he hung up.

Called back, female answered hung up

it seemed like an auto dialer because you know how it takes several seconds for person from a call center to be connected when a connection when someone answers the call. I didn't wait that long I had a pretty good idea what was coming next. I didn't recognize the number anyway but A do know that's the San Antonio area if I'm correct.
