It's a scam. They say you took a survey and expressed interest in viagra. They can supply generic (fake) viagra it if you give the guy your credit card information.

Man said I filled out a survey online about viagra. They supply generic viagra. Told them to remove my number from their list.

Not really a scam but a costa rican telemarketer using a texas call center.  Sells generic cialis, levitra and Viagra shipped from India.  Just an unwanted sales call.
