Have received two recorded calls from this number in the last 24 hours.  Recorded message states that the call is from Forensic Check Services and is "intended solely for [my husband]."  Recording claims that my husband has failed to respond to previous attempts to contact him and, if he didn't contact them, they would assume he was "waiving [your] legal rights to resolve this matter" and, file a claim against him as"authorized by Order #139836."   The recording further stated that my husband could reach their company by calling 877-333-0631 and ended with, "Goodbye and good luck."

I strongly suspect a scam and will continue to ignore any further calls from this "company".  

I forgot to mention in my post that the recording also stated that my husband would have to provide two types of photo identification if he were to be served with papers for a lawsuit.

Nobody would *ever* be served if legitimate process servers customarily demanded "two types of photo identification."
