Call automatically blocked as a robo call. Caller ID said "San Antonio".

Called three times today in one hours time.  Did not leave a message.

Update.  Appears to be from the League of Women's Voters of Texas.

They call four times in one day. They are out of luck. I only answer calls I can identify in my Caller ID.

I didn't answer, no message left, caller ID blank.  My bet is this is a political survey, with the Texas primary upcoming on Tuesday.  I wonder how they factor in calls that don't get answered into their survey results?  Do they expect the same proportion of callers don't answer across all candidates?  Hmmm.
