I've received several calls from this number on my land line.  No message, no caller I.D.  I suspect it's another one of those "Free roof inspection" scams, but I don't know for sure.  Anyone have any information?

Cold calls offering building - related services are always suspect.  Never agree to have one of these callers come out to your house.  You don't know who they are or whether or not they have any real references.  Or what their true purpose is.  Ignore and block these calls.  I get 'em all the time.

Yeah, There was a story about something similar on a news site I frequent-tile contractors that took money from people who found them on Craigslist and never did the job. Go local to a place where you can talk to the people who will do the work-people think the internet is a shortcut for this type of thing and people can say whatever they want on the internet.
