The same thing happened to me on feb 3rd the first call came in then yesterday feb 6th I was told to go to a western union to wire $200.00 and it would go to disaster relief and they would wire me back 8,200.00 to  make sure it was me and the other 42,000. from my gov grant would go into my bank account..No taxes or didnt have to pay back..but it had to be done in this procedure. So I said they sounded like a scam and I didnt have 200.00 so she said they can hold it for 3weeks..Asked me if I could borrow it from someone so I asked her if I could borrow it from her and I would pay her back the same day when I got my 50,000. she laughed and said she was broke like me.

was offering a goverment grant name was annabelle gave me a bank of america number 18004321000 when i called back went to a voicemail but when i talked to someone at bank of america and had to call her back she answered immediately be careful cause theyll rip u off
