Called me, rang twice. Hung up before went to voicemail. Lot's of calls from (210) San Antonio lately. The fact they hang up makes me think it's an auto-dial that is looking for active telephone numbers. It's set to hang up quickly so it minimizes the chance of a person/voicemail answering and thus they don't get charged for the call. They in turn sell the active list to telemarketers, surveyors and such.
