Called my cell and asked for my husband by name. I asked who was calling and he said Mr. Shingles. Offered me a free roof inspection and stated my address (a bit scary). When I told him I wasn't interested, he said why not, it's free. Again told him I wasn't interested and he hung up on me. I normally don't answer but I'm waiting on a return call from a company and thought it might be them.

EVERY time they call it's a different Roofer's name, Mr. shingles, R&B Roofer and CJ Construction! they Call every week or so despite the fact that I tell them we are ON THE NOW CALL LIST, BIG TIME LYARS

I put this number In caller ID, they continue to call, but use different company names! They harass and don't stop calling! I told the guy, "Do you THINK you will harass me into doing business with you? you ought to take the hint and look elsewhere since I will NEVER USE YOU"

Kept caller long enough to gain a recorded threat by telephone, which is an offense in the state of Texas. In addition it is a crime to use a telephone to commit an offense. Recording and statement given to District Attorney County of Bexar for further action.
