This Curtis Mason is also calling people under 210-775-6159 and threatening arrest for supposed defaults on payday loans.  This is totally illegal under the federal FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT .  This is a total scam.

If they continue to bother you, tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.  If you can find them.

You can not be arrested for a bad debt.  Depending on the statute of limitations in your state, you may be able to be sued, but not arrested.  Also, giving such an urgent and short response time tells me it's either a junk debt collector or total scam.  Get your information together (original creditor, amount paid on it, etc.) and use it in your favor.  Maybe contact original creditor, if possible, might be a good idea.
