HAVE BEEN GETTING "OUT OF AREA" CALLS PER CALLER ID FROM THIS 210-782-9023. I LIVE IN 210 AREA CODE SO OBVIOUSLY THIS IS A BOGUS CALL OF SOME TYPE.  ANYBODY KNOW WHO THIS FONE NUMBER BELONGS TO?  AM ASKING BECAUSE I HAVE SITUATION WITH TIME WARNER IN THAT I'VE ASKED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES TO STOP THEIR TELEMARKETING CALLS AND THEN DID SO IN A EMAIL TO THEM. WAS TOLD IN WRITING IT WOULD TAKE 30 DAYS TO STOP CALLS BUT THEY'RE STILL COMING. I'M KEEPING RECORD OF THEIR CALLS SO I CAN AGAIN ASK THEM IN WRITING PLUS GIVE THEM ALL THE SPECIFIC CALL INFO TO BACK IT UP. I DON'T ANSWER CALLS THAT SHOW "OUT OF AREA" IN MY OWN AREA CODE.

I've received numerous calls from the same number and I live in San Antonio as well. Based on my research of that number, it belongs to some company called "ERS Group." It is supposedly a telemarketing or collection company. It doesn't seem like a very professional company though, as usually a voice mail is left regarding the nature of the call; but they've never left a message for my call to be returned. Based on information provided on another website, someone wrote a complaint about the company stating:

"they called, i told mim not to call again. He called back on a line that had the number and name blocked." - Anonymous

Person is always calling asking for for a last name that is not mine. will not state who they are calling for or what it is regarding. All they say is we are calling for a mutual client. And "I cannot  give you any information unless you give me your social security number.Can be very pushy and always asking for social security number. When asked who are they calling with all they say is ERS and ask for the last four digits of the social security number, They always say this is being recorded but will not give out much information. They have been told not to call me at work but still continue to harass me.
