Debt collector for HSBC

Collection agency asking for "George or Jorge" who has never had my phone number in 36 yrs I've had it. I have frequently gotten collection agency calls over several years asking for this person.  I keep on telling them that this person doesn't live here to no avail. They get very irritated when I ask them to take my number off their calling list!
