I would assume this is some sort of scam, considering if it was leagl I would have been sent legal documents. What idiots!

I don't know anyone in Texas at all and don't even think he knows who he's calling because I have not set up my voicemail yet, there's just a blank space. This is the message that was left on my voicemail from this number; "This is James Thompson with PreTrial Intervention, You have a pending case in our office that needs your immediate attention. I need to speak with you or your attorney of record immediately today! My number is 210 774 4246.  If I do not hear from you or your attorney I will document that you've waived your right to counsel and submit your case.  Govern yourself accordingly."  He never asked for anyone just left the message must be some kind of scam!

I've had the same message several times left on my voice mail and I too believe it is a scam as others has indicated.

"Govern yourself accordingly."   What a stupid phrase.  Doesn't this jerk James Thompson know that every time he uses that term we know who he is, no matter how many AKAs he's using?

He's like those Indian scammers that say they're from the IRS and end their VM with the words "God Bless".

They should follow their own advice.
