It leaves a message saying "We are calling on an important business matter associated with the social security number of *myhusbandsname*, please call us back at 210-764-4963 with personal reference number blahblah(its always different)"

I've never answered it, they call daily, and have for about 6 months.

They called looking for a Jon Gonzales I told them 10 times that there is no one by that name here and they wanted my persoanl information do not give your information to these people ...

They just called my fiance twice, they have not called today but probably will later on... they know his social, name, and say they need to speak wtih him on a personal matter, I've called the phone # and can hardly understand who it is... all I know is that it says they are Attorney Frank (something...)??? and then another time I called it said leave a message for Rick..blablabla....
Does anyone know who or what this is?  it seems like a huge scam... so strange!

Do not deal with these scum. They are a collection firm out of NY. Check out Bud Hibbs at www.budhibbs.com it took awhile to figure out who they were, but  I traced them down. They spoof their phone number that looks like a local call. They are a rip off. Avoid them and DO NOT give them any info. The caller ID from their NY no comes up as Everest Recieva, I called back the local number and the guy said they were ERC. Found a recording when I called when they were closed and it was  Falzone Law Office
