The same thing happened to me. She called at 11:40 PM and asked if I spoke Spanish. When I said no she hung up.

I just received three quick calls in a row - I didn't answer the first two times - from what appears to be a Spanish-speaking solicitation of some kind. When I said I didn't speak Spanish, the caller said "I'm sorry" in English and hung up.

same exact thing happened to me. I asked who they were, just hung up on me
