Got a phone call from this man and he said he was going to charge me with fraud and other charges.  Would not provide me with any paperwork.  Have reported him to the BBB.  They informed me that it was a scam and to not answer his phone calls.  The man is not a foreigner he is American.  He gets very nasty when you start to ask questions.  BBB told me to have a block put on my phone for his numbers.
