Got a call from an Emily Wescott, stating she was with the Fraud and Worthless Check Division. Very rude, bounced around alot.  Anyone else get a similar call from this number/name?

I received the same call about an hour ago. I have no idea who this is.

I called the number back, and was informed that It was for a Payday loan back in 2010 with EVEREST.  Dont recall it, she said that they had mailed letters and sent emails which i had ignored and if it was not voluntarily taken care of by the end of the Day then they would proceed with further action.
She said she worked for National Check and Litigation Services.  which I can not find andthing on.

I just got a similar call. Very rude. 1124.14 is the amazing they gave me. Is this a scam?!?!?!
