Called my cell.  Did not answer.  No message left.

Another poster from another reverse lookup site says this is a credit card phishing scam. Says they claim to want to help you clean up your credit, but really want to steal your personal info. I wouldn't know for certain, as I never answer unknown numbers, but god knows I get a lot of these calls. They either want to "help" me get Obamacare, or they want to "help" md clean up my credit. That kind of help I can do without!

When I called the number it stated "The survey you were called for has ended" So "BLOCK" since based on what I have read here number is being used for different things. DAMN BOTTOM FEEDERS & SCAM ARTISTS!

Called but left no message.
