Received phone call from 210-757-0768 stating IRS.  All foreign speaking agents that you cannot understand staring IRS is suing me for $8600.  Was told warrant for my arrest, bank acct seized, gave two false dates of when letters were left on my doorstep.  I was told it's too late to make any arrangements but how do I want to handle this would I like to handle this on the courthouse steps or would I like to pay the money?  Please stop these scammers...
